FITNESS IS SOMETHING THAT I’M VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT. I INVEST IN  TRAINING MYSELF 6 DAYS A WEEK AND LOVE EVERY SINGLE MOMENT OF IT.  

 

I AM A FIGURE COMPETITOR AND PLAN ON BEING ONE FOR MANY YEARS TO COME. THERE IS ALSO NOTHING MORE REWARDING THAT TRAINING OTHERS AND SEEING THEIR PHYSICAL AS WELL AS THEIR MENTAL SHIFT. 

 

I UNDERSTAND THAT EVERYONE HAS THEIR FITNESS GOALS AND FEARS AND I WANT TO AID IN SHAPING THEM FOR THE BETTER.

 

I ALSO WORK VERY WELL WITH BEGINNERS IN THE GYM AND AS WELL AS ADVANCED ATHLETES.

THERE IS A LOT MORE TO FITNESS OTHER THAN SPENDING HOURS IN THE GYM, AND THAT PART IS DIRECTED TO THE KITCHEN. I HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF NUTRITION DESIGNED FOR YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL.  

 

I’M CURRENTLY WORKING ON MANY OTHER CERTIFICATIONS WHICH WILL AID IN MY JOURNEY AS A FITNESS COACH/TRAINER.
