Pam is certified in personal training and nutrition and has been active for the majority of her life. Her fitness journey began with drill team in high school and college. Afterward, she went on to participate in numerous 5k and 10k races, a ½ Marathon, a Spartan Sprint and also became certified in Hatha Yoga. Later, as a personal challenge, she competed in Figure - Masters with two, 1st place finishes and Bikini - Masters with one, 3rd place finish.


She was hooked on the gym the first time she entered and came to understand that no matter the sport or activity you participate in, strength training is an integral part of keeping your body healthy.


Because the path to fitness or a healthier lifestyle is not always a straight one, Pam can identify with life happening and the discipline it takes to get back on track, the importance of healthy eating, and the connection of mind and body. Plus, a good dose of sunshine. Her goal is to help you become the best version of yourself.
