PAM IS A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER AND NUTRITION COACH. SHE HAS PARTICIPATED IN NUMEROUS 5K AND 10K RACES, A ½ MARATHON, AND A SPARTAN SPRINT.
SHE HAS ALSO COMPETED IN SEVERAL TEXAS BODYBUILDING SHOWS, AND HAS THREE TOP FIVE PLACINGS.
PAM BELIEVES THAT NO MATTER THE SPORT OR ACTIVITY, STRENGTH TRAINING IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF KEEPING YOUR BODY HEALTHY.
PAM CAN IDENTIFY WITH LIFE HAPPENING AND THE DISCIPLINE IT TAKES TO GET BACK ON TRACK. SHE UNDERSTANDS THE IMPORTANCE OF HEALTHY EATING WITH A HEALTHY MIND AND BODY. HER GOAL IS TO HELP YOU BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF.
